Current Consultations

Below is a list of all development applications that are currently being considered by the Shire's Planning Services. As standard practice for applications requiring public consultation, the Shire will always inform nearby and adjoining households of the proposal in writing for a period of no less than 14 days.

All applications will be processed and determined under delegated authority by the Shire's administration based upon their planning merit. Should a proposal be deemed likely to bear an unacceptably adverse impact on the surrounds of the site subject to the proposal and/or contravene the requirements of the Shire's Local Planning Scheme No.5 the Shire may elect to discuss the proposal at the next available council meeting. All submissions received during the public consultation period will be considered at Council prior to the proposal being determined.
