KidSport Regional Pools Program

The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu is pleased to offer the KidSport Regional Pools Program, providing eligible children with a free season pool pass to the Wongan Hills Memorial Swimming Pool.

Eligibility Criteria

  • attending an approved regional community pool for the season; and
  • aged 5–18 years inclusive at the time of application; and
  • residing in regional Western Australia; and
  • named on a valid Services Australia Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, with the child's unique Customer Reference Number (CRN) visible.

How to Apply
Applications can be made in person at the Wongan Hills Community Resource Centre (CRC). Please ensure you bring your valid concession card when submitting your application.

More About The KidSport Regional Pools Program

The Kidsport Regional Pools Program (KRPP) is being offered by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) to enable eligible Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 years to work on their swimming skills by offering a free eligible pool pass at selected local regional pools in targeted regional area.

To support ongoing participation in community support, eligible children may access this subsidy in addition to the existing KidSport voucher program. For more information visit the links below.
